1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MyTechJobs platform, operated by Unitz IT GmbH. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The MyTechJobs website and services.
• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the platform.
• Job Seeker: A user who creates an account to search for and apply to jobs.
• Employer: A user who creates an account to post job listings and review applications.
• Content: All information and materials posted on the platform, including but not limited to job listings, profiles, and messages.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job Listings and Applications

4.1 For Employers

When posting job listings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the job opportunity
• Have actual job opportunities corresponding to your listings
• Not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal job offerings
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Pay all applicable fees for job listings

4.2 For Job Seekers

When using the platform to apply for jobs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in
• Not use automated tools to mass-apply for jobs
• Respect the confidentiality of information provided by employers

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

MyTechJobs offers various job listing packages with different durations. By purchasing a job listing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected package. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Job listings are active for the duration specified in the purchased package (1, 2, or 3 months). We do not offer subscription-based services; each job listing is a one-time purchase for the specified duration.

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our discretion.

6. Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are responsible for your use of the platform and for any content you provide. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or offensive
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the platform to send spam or other unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access accounts or data that you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Collect user information without their consent

7. AI Features

Our platform includes AI-powered features for job matching, CV/resume analysis, and candidate screening. These features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI-generated recommendations or analyses will be error-free or precisely match your needs.

You acknowledge that AI systems may have limitations and biases. We continuously work to improve these systems to provide fair and accurate results. You can adjust your preferences for AI features in your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unitz IT GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitz IT GmbH and its officers, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
