for one of our clients, we are looking for an SAP Fieldglass Program Manager(m/f/d) to lead a global SAP Fieldglass implementation and contingent workforce management program.
Project Overview:
Project Location: Onsite Stuttgart (min. 1-2 days / week) and remote
Project Workload: Fulltime / 100%
Project Start: asap
Project Duration: 6 months + option to extend
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global SAP Fieldglass program from planning through implementation, rollout, user adoption, and operational handover.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap development, governance, milestones, budgeting, and resource planning.
Coordinate and manage implementation partners, external vendors, and internal project teams.
- Provide regular program updates, risk assessments, and decision proposals to steering committees and senior management.
- Drive the global standardization and optimization of contingent workforce management processes.
- Ensure close collaboration and alignment across Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Develop and maintain governance models as well as standard operating procedures.
- Act as the senior SAP Fieldglass Subject Matter Expert, providing deep functional and technical expertise.
- Oversee SAP Fieldglass configuration, deployment, and overall solution quality.
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, information security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Develop communication and training concepts to support organizational change.
- Promote supplier onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and business user adoption.
- Define workforce reporting standards, KPIs, and management dashboards.
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, data privacy regulations, and internal corporate policies.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, including leading global SAP Fieldglass or Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass, Contingent Workforce Management, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
- Proven experience managing global rollouts, enterprise system integrations, and cross-functional international stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management, and budget control.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Fieldglass, Agile, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
