We are currently seeking multiple Senior WTG Installation Vessel Representatives (m/w/d) to support a major offshore wind project in the North Sea. This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale offshore wind farm.Project Details

Base Port / Crew Change Locations:Esbjerg, Denmark
Emden Heliport, Germany
Eemshaven, Netherlands
Rotation Pattern: 15 Days Offshore / 12 Days Off
Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration: Approx. 12-18 months
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Candidates must be willing to mobilise from any of the listed crew change locations, depending on project and vessel requirements.The Role
As the Senior WTG Installation Vessel Representative (m/w/d), you will be based onboard the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Installation Vessel and act as the primary interface between the project team, installation contractors, vessel management and marine stakeholders.
You will oversee installation activities, monitor HSE and quality performance, support daily operations, and ensure that offshore works are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.Key Responsibilities
Act as the client's primary representative onboard the WTG installation vessel.
Monitor and oversee offshore wind turbine installation activities.
Coordinate interfaces between vessel crews, OEM contractors, marine stakeholders and project teams.
Witness offshore operations and installation activities where appropriate.
Promote and uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
Monitor contractor performance against approved procedures and project requirements.
Identify, escalate and support the resolution of construction, quality and operational issues.
Attend offshore coordination meetings and daily planning sessions.
Produce and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
Perform inspections and record observations within project quality systems.
Interface with Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS).
Support completion, commissioning and handover activities where required.
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and emergency response procedures.
Essential Experience
Proven experience in one or more of the following roles: WTG Installation Representative
Offshore Representative
Client Representative
Marine Representative
Offshore Superintendent
Offshore Construction Representative
Demonstrable experience supporting WTG installation campaigns within offshore wind projects.
Strong understanding of offshore construction and turbine installation methodologies.
Experience working onboard jack-up installation vessels.
Solid knowledge of marine operations and marine coordination procedures.
Experience working within EPC/EPCI project environments.
Strong understanding of offshore HSE requirements and industry best practice.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Experience
Experience with WTG completion and commissioning activities.
Experience supporting offshore handover processes.
Previous collaboration with Marine Warranty Surveyors.
Familiarity with Spinergie or similar offshore reporting systems.
